Character:

rebuilt from bourbon barrel (American oak). This small barrel doesn’t release too much tannin when compared to other small size barrels. Also ageing relatively faster when comparing with regular size barrel.

Craft:

no glue or wax. No paint outside. Staves have been steam cleaned and washed.

Customize:

Char level choice of #1 and #3. Personal logos can be engraved too.

Describe:

1. Converted from 200L Bourbon Barrel imported from the United States;

2. The contact surface area with the liquor is larger, so the maturation rate is relatively faster;

3. First level of charring(C#1) is suitable for the continued maturation of finished wine, adding color and flavor to the wine;

4. Third level of charring(C#3) is suitable for aging the Newmake and adsorbing impurities.
